🔧 Troubleshooting Exports
If your CSV has errors, check the Preview step for red validation errors. Common issues: missing product images, empty titles, or descriptions exceeding 500 characters.
💳 Billing Questions
All billing is handled through Shopify's secure billing system. Cancel or change plans from the Pricing & Billing page inside the app. Refunds follow Shopify's standard partner refund policy.
📌 Pinterest Upload Help
After downloading your CSV, go to business.pinterest.com → Ads → Bulk Upload. Upload the CSV and Pinterest will process your pins within a few hours.
